Ironstar Hosting Services Pty Ltd (“Ironstar”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) are the creators and principal maintainers of the Tokaido Automation Platform (“Tokaido”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use Tokaido or visit the tokaido.io website (“the Website”)
We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We use your Personal Information for providing and improving Tokaido. By using Tokaido, either as a registered Ironstar customer or a community user of Tokaido, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection
While using services the Website, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your email address and other information (“Personal Information”).
While using Tokaido, we may ask you to opt-in to a data collection service (the “Telemetry API”) that helps us to identify usage patterns and receive feedback in order to improve Tokaido.
Sale and Use of Data
We will never sell or license this data to any other party. We will never use this data to personalise marketing communications to you.
We may use this data to provide public reporting of Tokaido and Drupal usage over time, but such reports will never contain identifiers or individual telemetry data.
We will necessarily use third party providers to receive, store, analyse, and otherwise work with the this data, but only in accordance with this privacy policy.
Telemetry API Data
When you opt-in to the Telemetry API service, Tokaido creates a random identifier for your installation and project(s) and uses it to submit usage data to the Telemetry API. This data includes information about how you use Tokaido.

We may expand the data collected from time to time as we develop new features or capabilities. When doing so, we will update this privacy policy and provide notice of these changes in the Release Notes for any updated Tokaido releases that expand this collection.
Log Data
When Tokaido submits information to the Telemetry API, or when you visit the Website, we collect information (“Log Data”) that your device sends as part of that transaction. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our websites that you visit, the time and date of your visits, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase Tokaido’s functionality. These third party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.
Your IP is never recorded or stored with your Telemetry API data.
Cookies
Cookies are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
We use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of the Tokaido and Ironstar websites.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate Tokaido, to perform related services or to assist us in analyzing how Tokaido is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you, but only where you have opted-in to such communications. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Your usage of Tokaido by your submission of such information by opting in to the Telemetry API represents your agreement to that transfer.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Tokaido does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a children under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
